Welcome To Woodland Wildlife Rehabilitation

We are a non-profit facility whose primary concern is the welfare of our native wildlife. We possess all the necessary permits from State and Federal Fish and Wildlife Departments. We comply with all county, state, and federal regulations governing wildlife rehabilitation. Annually we rehabilitate 900 - 1200 birds and 250 - 300 mammals.

About WWR

Wondering what kinds of animals we help and how we help them? Learn about our operation, see some of our animals, and get an idea of who we are and what we do. We provide professional and humane care to injured, orphaned and distressed wildlife. Our goal is always to return the animal to the wild. We do not charge for our services, but a donation is very much needed.

Over the years, Woodland Wildlife has taken in and cared for a lare variety of animals. While we specialize in the types of animals indegenous to the Kentucky/Southern Indiana area, we are equipped to handle all sorts of creatures, even alligators such as you see above.
